Special Edition: Artificial Intelligence for IT-Operations (AIOps) is the next generation of IT operations analysis. Modern IT technology environments have become too complex to be monitored and controlled using traditional methods. The gradual transition to multi-cloud environments, microservices, dockers, cubernet and the rapid growth of data volumes are creating a complexity that system administrators in IT departments are increasingly unable to cope with. Availability, performance and security is an existential necessity in a digital enterprise. Without a completely new approach, IT teams only react instead of proactively supporting the increasing pressure to innovate. Artificial Intelligence for IT-Operations (AIOps) is such an approach, which according to Gartner, 40 percent of all large companies will use by 2022 to combine large data and machine learning functions to support and partially replace monitoring, service desk and automation processes. Today, just 5 percent are working on this. | ||||
