Without a completely new approach, IT teams only react instead of proactively supporting the increasing pressure to innovate. Artificial Intelligence for IT-Operations (AIOps) is such an approach, which according to Gartner, 40 percent of all large companies will use by 2022 to combine large data and machine learning functions to support and partially replace monitoring, service desk and automation processes. Today, just 5 percent are working on this.
