In 2020, around 500 Swiss companies were again surveyed by International Data Corporation (IDC) to find out where they stand in terms of digitizing and automating their IT and business processes. The majority looks back on a successful 2019. Although the outlook for 2020 was somewhat clouded compared to the previous year, it was still positive in the majority of cases. The digital transformation continues to be a major challenge for many respondents. Nevertheless, 90% of companies have taken up the challenge and see digitization as a great opportunity. | ||||
